Elegance E 44 V: fast, versatile and super elegant

The first model in the Elegance Yachts range, the Elegance E 44 V is a pure, Mediterranean-styled walkaround. Featuring extremely sinuous lines, reverse bow and high-performance propulsion, this 14-metre unit certainly does not go unnoticed. Especially when used as a luxury tender.

Scheduled to be on display at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, the Elegance E 44 V will undoubtedly leave its mark, attracting the attention of most. Not only is it particularly elegant, but it also promises a good deal of customization, generous volumes and folding sides.

ELEGANCE E 44 V – EXTERIORS

The Elegance E 44 V stands out for her out-of-the-ordinary lines and volumes. Attractive, sinuous and well-cut, these stand out for the particular profile of the bulwark which creates a pleasant visual effect while actually increasing the space available aboard. The entire deck is in fact airy, the decking is finished in teak and the walkways are two continuous corridors that guarantee easy and uncluttered circulation aboard, as suitable for a pure walkaround.

A large submersible platform in the stern offers a perfect corner for comfort and relaxation while facilitating loading and mooring activities. Just in the aft area of the cockpit, a large double sundeck hides the tender garage below, while the back leads to an area that, with sofas, fold-down decks, and small tables, is undoubtedly an excellent open living area. Just beyond this, the bridge accommodates further seating, two of which are in the wheelhouse, while at its centre we find access to the interior. Also on the bridge is a forward T-top mast, which is excellent for protecting the helmsman and the living area, but also for supporting the extendable curtains that, if necessary, can provide shade for the entire deck. Continuing towards the bow a second double sundeck overlooks the inverted bow, while on the roof of the T-top a photovoltaic surface is capable of supplying electricity to the interior.

ELEGANCE E 44 V – INTERIOR

As mentioned above, the Elegance E 44 V has, despite its lines, spacious volumes overall, thanks in part to the inverted bow, which allows this 14-metre boat to be extremely spacious by standard. The result is an optimal use of interior space. The latter is offered in two versions. The first, standard, includes a forward master cabin, a head, a dinette and a guest cabin. The second, on the other hand, would remove the guest cabin in favour of a large saloon, thus reducing the number of berths available, but amplifying the living spaces to the maximum. As far as the style and detail of the interior is concerned, Elegance also promises seemingly impeccable care on this front, recovering the clean style that already characterised the deck.

ELEGANCE E 44 V – PROPULSION AND PERFORMANCE

Premises are promising even on the propulsion and performance front. The owner can choose between a standard sterndrive version, fitted with 2 Volvo Penta 450 D6 + IPS 650 capable of delivering a cruising and a top speed of 25 and 37 knots respectively, and a more powerful version with 2 Volvo Penta 550 D8 + IPS 700. In this case, the boat can reach a cruising speed of 27 knots and a maximum speed of 42 knots. Last but not least, the Elegance E 44 V is CLASS A-certified.
